Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tibco Developer with strong expertise in enterprise integration and middleware solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting integration solutions using Tibco BusinessWorks and related Tibco technologies. The candidate should possess deep knowledge of API integrations, enterprise messaging, SAP integrations, and middleware architecture. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing integration solutions that support critical business processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Tibco Technologies

• Strong hands-on experience with Tibco BusinessWorks and Tibco integration products.
• Expertise in designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions.
• Experience with enterprise middleware architecture and integration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and messaging concepts.

API & Integration

• Proficiency in developing and consuming SOAP and REST APIs.
• Experience integrating applications using web services and middleware technologies.
• Strong knowledge of API design, implementation, and security best practices.

SAP Integration

• Hands-on experience working with SAP IDOCs.
• Experience with SAP Adapters and SAP integration solutions.
• Understanding of SAP business process integrations and data exchange mechanisms.

Messaging & Enterprise Systems

• Experience with RV Substation Mainframes integration.
• Knowledge of messaging systems, event-driven architecture, and enterprise communication frameworks.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex integration and middleware issues.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to create clear technical documentation and integration specifications.
• Experience working in distributed and cross-functional teams.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with Apigee API Gateway and API management platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud-based integration and hybrid integration architectures.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD implementation.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and version control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using Tibco BusinessWorks and related Tibco products.
• Build and maintain enterprise integration services, APIs, and middleware solutions.
• Develop and consume SOAP and RESTful web services for application integration.
• Integrate enterprise applications using Tibco adapters and middleware technologies.
• Work with SAP IDOCs and SAP Adapters to enable seamless SAP integrations.
• Design and implement messaging and event-driven integration solutions.
• Support RV Substation Mainframes integration and related enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to define integration requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, and deployment guides.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
