Job Description

CBOSIT Technologies is seeking a visionary leader to join our team of Business Consultants, focused on driving business growth through digital transformation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and innovative thinking. Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing client workflows to identify improvement opportunities and tailoring Zoho solutions for optimal efficiency.
• Leading the Zoho implementation lifecycle from design and development to testing and deployment.
• Providing clear communication, expert training, and ongoing support to clients.
• Crafting custom workflows, reports, and automations for clients.
• Collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment using Scrum methodologies.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have 4-8 years of relevant experience and possess the following skills:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead the entire Zoho implementation lifecycle, from needs analysis to training.
• Experience designing personalized configurations and automations to optimize client workflows.
• Project management skills ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Mentoring and developing team members within a collaborative environment.
• Building strong relationships and trust with clients.
• Deep expertise in Zoho and a commitment to continuous learning in the tech landscape.

Tech Prowess Required

• Experience implementing, customizing, and managing various Zoho products.
• Ability to write custom Deluge functions and proficient in JavaScript.
• Experience using flowcharting tools like Miro, Draw.io, or LucidChart.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including bug fixing and API navigation.
