AIE World's Fair Conference Writer
Writer is needed in San Francisco, United States.
At this year’s AI Engineer World’s Fair, taking place at Moscone West in San Francisco from June 29 to July 2, we are piloting an integrated media experience featuring both a daily event zine and the DEV website. We are seeking a technical journalist to join our small team as a reporter to cover the event. Responsibilities include producing one long-form technical feature per day (800–1,200 words) for the DEV website, plus two short-form interview recaps daily, all aimed at a developer audience. You’ll have full event access and should deliver in-depth, peer-to-peer reporting. In addition, each evening you’ll submit 3–4 short content blocks (150–300 words each) for the physical print zine distributed daily at the event, highlighting sessions, speakers, and schedule previews. All work takes place on-site in San Francisco, and you will be given press credentials with full access to sessions and speakers. Intellectual property will transfer to MLH, but your byline will be preserved on DEV articles.
