Job Description

RBST Consulting is currently looking for a PeopleSoft Technical Consultant / Application Developer for a leading financial services organization.

Location: New York (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months

Employment Type: W2 Contract

Rate: Open

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft applications
• Design and support integrations using Integration Broker
• Build solutions using PeopleCode and Application Engine
• Perform troubleshooting, system enhancements, and performance optimization
• Support upgrades and technical implementations
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems

Requirements

Must-Have Requirements:

• 10–15 years of overall industry experience
• Strong experience in Financial Services (FSS)
• Extensive Wealth Management domain background (critical requirement)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong cultural fit and client-facing presence

Core Technical Skills:

• PeopleSoft Development
• PeopleCode
• Application Engine

• SQL
