Job Description
We’re a publishing brand looking for a driven TikTok creator to be the face of our book sales channel. This is not a sponsored post gig or a flat-fee deal — it’s a true partnership. You’ll earn 50% of all profits generated from TikTok Shop sales driven by your content and our affiliate network. If you know how to stop the scroll, build curiosity, and move product — this deal will pay you like the business partner you are.
Responsibilities
- Create and post original TikTok content designed to drive book sales through TikTok Shop
- Test hooks, formats, and angles to find what converts — not just what gets views
- Post consistently and iterate based on performance data
- Collaborate with us on messaging, promotions, and new book launches
- Stay current on BookTok and TikTok Shop trends
What you won’t do:
- Manage affiliates — we handle that entirely
- Deal with fulfillment, customer service, or logistics
- Pitch or source products — we supply everything
Requirements
- Proven ability to create content that drives purchases, not just views
- Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate content, or BookTok preferred
- Comfortable on camera and able to build authentic connection with an audience
- Self-directed — you don’t need to be managed to stay consistent
- Data-minded: you look at your analytics and act on them
- Nice to have: experience in a children’s niche
Compensation
This is a profit-share contract. You earn 50% of net profit on all TikTok Shop sales attributed to your content and our affiliate channel. No ceiling. The better your content performs, the more we both make. Transparent monthly reporting included.
