Voice or audio data collection

I am looking for a freelancer to help build a personal-use application that integrates with Spotify. The app should be able to access metadata such as tracks, artists, albums, playlists, search functions, and recommendations using the Spotify Web API. It must also allow users to control playback and stream audio via the Web Playback SDK or native SDKs for iOS and Android. The goal is to create a custom player or interface for users to browse their Spotify library, play music, and manage queues across multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, and various web browsers. This project must comply with Spotify’s strict non-commercial terms for streaming apps (personal use only, no ads, no DJ/mixing features, and restricted to Spotify Premium accounts), and also respect limitations around API usage and playback SDKs. Alternative directions such as supporting local music files or integrating with independent artist platforms are also possible if Spotify’s restrictions become a barrier. Please advise on technical feasibility and compliance, and suggest the best cross-platform tools and architecture for this project.
