Performance Marketing Executive

We’re Funnel Lab, a Malaysia based performance marketing agency helping small and medium businesses grow through high ROI digital campaigns. We’re expanding our freelance network and looking for skilled specialists to collaborate with us on a project or assignment basis. We’re seeking a freelance paid ads and social media specialist to manage paid advertising on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google (Search, Display, Performance Max). You will be responsible for creating, optimising, and reporting on campaign performance. The work also includes social media marketing such as content planning for Meta and TikTok, caption writing, scheduling, and basic engagement. Part of your responsibilities will be the setup and optimisation of Google Business Profiles, including consistent posting, keyword/category setup, and monthly insights reporting. The expected deliverables are ad account setup or audit, campaign creation and A/B testing, weekly performance updates, monthly reports (including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and top creatives), social post creation, and business profile optimisation. Our focus is on F&B and healthcare industries, supporting restaurants, cafés, clinics, wellness, and aesthetic providers.
