Job Description

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to support the end-to-end migration of the enterprise data platform from AWS to Microsoft Fabric. This role will focus on CI/CD automation, deployment standardization, platform security, and operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git for Fabric automation, pipelines, notebooks, and Power BI assets.
• Automate deployments across Dev, UAT, and Production environments for multiple workspaces.
• Manage version control, branching strategies, and release pipelines.
• Implement infrastructure as code for provisioning Fabric workspaces and Azure resources.
• Ensure platform security using RBAC, private endpoints, and secure network connectivity.
• Expertise in designing and implementation of ETL pipelines to ingest and transform data from multiple sources to centralized data warehouse.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for pipelines and platform performance.
• Support migration from AWS to Microsoft Fabric with minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with data engineers, BI teams, and infrastructure teams to enable DevOps best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Mandatory).
• 4–8 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles, preferably supporting data platforms or migration programs.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Releases).
• Experience with Git version control and CI/CD implementation.
• Understanding of Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory.
• Knowledge of cloud networking concepts (VNet, gateways, private endpoints).
• Scripting knowledge (SQL, TSQL, and Python).
• Power BI semantic modeling and visualization.
