Job Description

This is a remote position at a results-driven digital marketing agency based in the United States, specialising in website design and digital marketing for companies in the Home Services and Healthcare sectors. The agency’s focus is on building websites that look great and convert visitors into clients by combining strong design fundamentals with a clear commercial mindset.

You will design and build client websites from scratch in Webflow, create marketing assets across multiple formats, and contribute to scalable UX design systems used across the agency. This is a hands-on, production-focused role for a designer who is equally strong in Figma and Webflow, taking full ownership of their work from concept to live site. A portfolio link will be required for consideration.

Requirements

• 3 plus years of web design experience with Webflow projects in your portfolio.
• Figma expert, skilled in wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems.
• Webflow expert, knowledgeable in CMS, animations, responsive breakpoints, and building from scratch.
• Proven design systems experience, having built component libraries, style guides, or brand systems that scale across multiple projects.
• Strong design fundamentals across typography, colour, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing digital marketing assets with knowledge of platform sizes and formats.
• Clear English communication, both written and on calls.
• Portfolio required to share with the client.

Nice to Have

• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
• Webflow animations beyond basic triggers.
• CRO or A/B testing experience.
• Experience in Home Services or Healthcare industries.

90-Day Success Plan

Days 1 to 30: Learn brand standards, Webflow workflow, and naming conventions. Build or redesign one page to demonstrate design quality. Deliver a set of marketing assets for a client.

Days 31 to 60: Design and build 1 to 2 full client websites from Figma to live Webflow. Produce marketing assets independently with minimal revisions. Apply Client-First or Relume conventions consistently.

Days 61 to 90: Handle all web design and marketing asset tickets independently. Propose design improvements proactively. Build a reusable UX design system the team can use across future projects.
