I am the 2nd Assistant Director working on a short film titled ‘The Sinking Ship,’ a neo-noir detective thriller exploring themes of toxic masculinity through the interrogation of a suspect. The project is a master’s degree submission for MetFilm and will also be submitted to film festivals. We are seeking a stunt coordinator to be onsite in Brighton to support our cast across two fight scenes, one of which involves props. The work is expected to take two days, and we already have a thorough risk assessment and stunt evaluation prepared for your review.

This is a short film for submission at MetFilm as a master degree and festivals. The context of The Sinking Ship is neo-noir detective thriller surrounding the interrogation of a suspect and how the characters behaviour outline stereotypical toxic masculine traits to act as a performative piece of social commentary.
