Hi, I need a sound technician for a one-day business conference in Berlin on Saturday, 27 June 2026, at Hotel Bristol Berlin. All equipment is already on site — we need someone to connect and set it up themselves, run the soundcheck, and operate it throughout the event. Setup includes PA system (main hall for about 200 people and 2 small breakout rooms), 2x Allen & Heath ZED mixers, and Shure wireless microphones (headsets and handhelds). Registration starts at 9:00, so you’d need to arrive earlier to have everything connected and ready beforehand. The event runs until 16:30 (speeches, panel, Q&A, and two parallel breakout sessions). You should be based in or near Berlin, available the full day, and have experience with live event sound and Allen & Heath mixers.
