We are seeking a skilled freelancer to help us create a pitch deck for a real estate development project valued at $10 million. The project is currently in the pre-development phase and will involve the construction of 70 luxury boutique units in Atlanta, Georgia, including both one- and two-bedroom accommodations. Of these, 30 percent will be affordable units, supporting an inclusive housing solution. We are IndigoBlueGroup LLC, a boutique real estate developer with experience in the local market. You should have experience in residential real estate, be knowledgeable in building pitch decks specifically for development projects, and have an understanding of raising capital. Familiarity with the Atlanta market is a plus.
