OUTbound Travel, an LGBTQ+ travel company, is seeking a talented photographer to join us on an exciting journey. We need another hand on deck for our upcoming Back to Back summer cruise this August/September. Your role will be to create engaging promotional and content that captures the essence of our travel experiences. You will follow guests on tours, attend on-board events, and seize opportunities to document memorable moments. Your job will consist of capturing moments that can be used for social media & website content. The job is a Danube River Cruise, so you must have a passport.

Here are the dates you would need to be available for:

August 30, thru September 13, 2026

Including a day or two before and after for flying there and back.

This job is limited to this cruise, but if we like your work, there will definitely be opportunity for more in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Spend the week taking photos of guests and the guest experience.
• Interact & engage with the guests onboard.
• Provide a quick turnaround for a few pieces of content each night for social media posting.
• Deliver all content of the entire trip within a week of trip completion.
• Utilize downtime as you see fit, while being mindful of the daily schedules.

Qualifications and Skills

• Good eye for content basics like framing and capturing great moments.
• Ability to identify and seize moments that make great posts and overall great visuals.
• Comfortable asking guests to participate in photos as needed.
• Wedding photographers are a plus.

Salary and Benefits

• Flat rate of $1500 for the trip.
• All expenses paid, including flights, on-board food, transfers, and hotel. (Souvenirs & Off Ship Activities not included).

This is a fun and laid-back type of job, and we are just looking for people with a fun personality and a great eye for content. Bonus points if you are also a part of the LGBTQ+ community.
