Job Description

We are building an Enterprise Healthcare CRM & Patient Lead Management Platform for a hospital network in India. The CRM will compete with solutions like Zoho CRM, LeadSquared Healthcare CRM, and Salesforce Health Cloud.

The platform will focus on:

• Patient Lead Management
• Counsellor Workflow
• Calling & Telephony Integration
• WhatsApp Communication
• Follow-up Automation
• Appointment Tracking
• Referral Doctor Management
• Insurance & Corporate Workflow
• Marketing Automation
• Analytics & Conversion Tracking
• HMS/HIS Integration

Requirements

We are looking for a freelancer or consultant who:

• Has already developed Healthcare CRM / Lead Management CRM.
• Has experience with LeadSquared, Zoho CRM or similar systems.
• Has existing source code or a working demo.
• Understands Hospital workflows and Patient Acquisition process.
• Can customize CRM according to hospital requirements.
• Can implement Multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
