Job Description

We’re a fast-growing CPG brand looking for creative, camera-comfortable content creators to make short-form videos for our products. You’ll earn per video and a commission on every sale your content drives. Top performers can earn well beyond the base rate.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Create multiple short-form videos showcasing our products
• Post videos on TikTok Shop as an affiliate
• Recreate winning content styles based on examples we provide
• Deliver consistent, on-brand videos we can scale

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable filming yourself and talking to camera
• Understands TikTok-style, trend-aware short-form content
• Reliable and able to produce videos consistently
• Prior UGC or TikTok Shop experience is a plus

Compensation

• $30 per approved video
• 20% commission on every sale generated through your content on TikTok Shop
• Steady volume available for creators who perform

Application Requirement

As part of the application, we’ll send you an example of a video that’s performing well for us. You’ll recreate something similar so we can see your filming and editing style. This sample helps us confirm fit before moving forward.

Usage Rights

By creating content for us, you grant us the right to use, edit, and run your videos in paid advertising (TikTok Shop ads, Meta ads, and other channels) on an ongoing basis.

How to Apply

Apply through Indeed and include links to any prior content (TikTok, Instagram, portfolio).

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
