Job Description

Next Door Photos San Antonio, a local business with a national footprint, is focused on delivering high-quality real estate photography, video, aerials, 3D modeling, floor plans, and more. We have a fun culture and aim to bless the communities we serve. The position involves being part of a team of professional “Media Pros” who represent our brand and achieve high-quality media results. The role offers flexible hours and the chance to enhance your photography and media skills through our product certification. Each property typically requires 40-90 minutes of capture time, and Media Pros are hired as part-time independent contractors, paid per service and for extended travel. Responsibilities include capturing and uploading media while NDP manages everything else.

Requirements

Experience: We are seeking experienced photographers and videographers. All selected Media Pros will receive complete training on NDP’s product offerings.

• Professional interaction skills with clients and homeowners.
• Consistent punctuality for scheduled shoots in various locations.
• Professional attire while on the job.
• Timely uploading of media on the day of the shoot.
• Flexible scheduling availability.
• Up-to-date Google calendar with your availability.
• Ability to drive 30-40% of the workday.
• Adherence to NDP shoot flow and quality standards.
• Effective communication with clients throughout the shoot.
• Regular communication with the Local Owner via email, text, and phone.
• Openness to receiving regular feedback and training on NDP quality and professionalism standards.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: Starting from $30.00 per hour.
