Job Description
KESHAH is a fast-growing hair-loss app that helps individuals stop hair loss and regrow hair naturally using a specific scalp-massage method. We are seeking a writer to create and own the scripts for our short-form videos (TikTok/Reels) featuring a fleet of creators. The role involves extending our proven script framework and writing strong new hooks and scripts while customizing them for each creator’s unique voice.
Your task will not be to reinvent the wheel; instead, you will work within the established framework to write fresh variations for testing. It is essential that the videos resonate with the audience, sounding like genuine conversations rather than corporate ads. A good understanding of what makes short-form videos engaging from the start is crucial for success in this role.
Requirements
- Experience writing short-form scripts that have demonstrated performance.
- In-depth understanding of TikTok/Reels, including hooks, audience retention, and pacing.
- Ability to write clearly and humanly, avoiding corporate or overly salesy tones.
- Comfortable working within constraints such as locked claims and set formats.
- Ability to analyze basic performance data (e.g., retention, view counts) and adapt writing accordingly.
- Bonus: Experience in health, beauty, wellness, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) markets.
