Job Description

At Newform, we’re building the future of performance creative. We combine creative strategy, content production, creator talent, and data-driven insights to help brands connect with audiences in authentic ways. As The Creative Intelligence Co., we work with a diverse network of creators, actors, influencers, and everyday people to develop high-performing content for some of today’s fastest-growing brands. We’re currently expanding our creator roster and looking for engaging personalities to participate in upcoming paid campaigns.

Requirements

We’re interested in creators and personalities from all backgrounds, including:

• Content creators
• Actors and performers
• Entrepreneurs
• Parents
• Students
• Professionals
• Hobbyists and enthusiasts
• Anyone comfortable speaking on camera

No large social following is required.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable being filmed and speaking on camera
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Reliable and professional
• Ability to follow direction and meet deadlines
• Previous creator, acting, UGC, or influencer experience is a plus but not required
