We are building the future of professional services automation with Worklo, combining a core PSA platform with blockchain-powered salary distribution. We’re seeking a Full Stack / Blockchain Engineer to develop our SaaS product and blockchain infrastructure. The role involves building full-stack product features using Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js/Express, Supabase, PostgreSQL, React, shadcn/ui, and Tailwind CSS. You will be responsible for designing secure APIs, database schemas, authentication flows, and Supabase RLS policies, and developing Solidity smart contracts for salary calculation and automated payroll distribution. You will deploy and manage smart contracts on Polygon or other EVM-compatible networks, and implement dashboards for payroll visibility, wallet management, and transaction history. Worklo PSA is focused on professional services automation and is looking to combine a core PSA platform with blockchain-powered salary distribution to automate compensation.
