As an independent contractor, you will enjoy the flexibility to work remotely and on your own schedule. Compensation is a flat rate of $50 per approved, ready-to-post video. Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, short-form UGC videos tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Follow creative briefs to ensure the content aligns with our project goals and target audience.
• Film clear, well-lit footage that emphasizes authenticity over overly polished commercial styles.
• Edit videos using your preferred software to ensure excellent pacing and visual appeal.
• Incorporate text overlays, motion graphics, transitions, and trending audio to elevate the content.
• Deliver finished videos on time, adhering to our brand guidelines and specific platform specifications.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating engaging UGC or short-form social media videos (please provide a portfolio or links to your work).
• Proficiency in modern video editing software (CapCut is great; Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro is a bonus).
• A strong eye for lighting, framing, and capturing high-quality footage, even if using a smartphone.
• Deep understanding of current social media trends and what drives audience engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively on revisions and feedback.
• A reliable setup for capturing clear audio and crisp video.
