Job Description

Heart & Health Medical, PLLC is a physician-owned multi-specialty practice serving patients across Long Island, NY. We are looking for a skilled freelance digital marketing specialist to manage and grow our online presence. This flexible contractor engagement is ideal for someone with healthcare or medical practice marketing experience who can effectively utilize social media, SEO, and paid advertising to build brand awareness, drive patient acquisition, and support our mission of accessible, high-quality care.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with a portfolio of results
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
• Strong social media content creation skills (Canva, Adobe, or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of HIPAA marketing compliance requirements
• Excellent written communication — ability to write in a warm, professional, patient-friendly voice
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines without close supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience marketing for a medical practice, hospital, or healthcare brand
• Familiarity with local SEO for multi-location healthcare practices
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar)
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
• Basic understanding of patient review management and reputation platforms (Birdeye, Podium, etc.)

Engagement Details

Rate: $30–$50/hr (flexible based on scope and experience)

Hours: Flexible — project-based or ongoing retainer

Location: Remote with occasional on-site visits (Long Island, NY)

Contract: 1099 independent contractor

Start: Immediate / as soon as available
