Children's Book Illustrator Needed [Searching]

I am looking for an experienced children’s book illustrator to help create a heartfelt picture book project. The book will feature 26 full-color interior illustrations and a cover, sized at 8.5” x 8.5”. The style required is cinematic animated storybook realism, warm, emotional, painterly, polished, and suitable for children, with realistic character proportions and soft cinematic lighting. It should not be cartoon, anime, comic book, flat vector, superhero, or AI-generated art. Character consistency is vital. I will provide character sheets, scene descriptions, and visual references. The process will start with a paid test illustration, and I am looking for portfolio samples, test illustration rates, a full project estimate, timeline, revision terms, and a confirmation that all artwork will be original and non-AI generated.
