Earlier in her career, she performed on Jhume Nache Gaye, telecast on Doordarshan in 2010 and also contributed as a background vocalist for television serials and commercial jingles. In 2011, due to an unavoidable family medical emergency, she had to take a long break from her professional career. However, her passion for music has never faded.
