Build private coding, review, testing, documentation, and release agents that client engineering teams can trust in production. You will turn messy engineering workflows into reliable AI-assisted systems by building agents that can open useful pull requests, explain risk, generate tests, summarize releases, and ask for approval before touching sensitive paths. The job involves designing and implementing agent workflows across GitHub, ticketing systems, CI, documentation, and deployment tools, as well as building codebase-aware retrieval systems, task planning, prompt orchestration, tool calling, and review flows. You will also implement permission models, approval states, audit logs, evaluation and rollback procedures, and create tests and benchmarking suites measuring agent quality. Collaboration with client engineers to prototype, launch, and improve systems is expected. The ideal candidate has 3+ years experience building production software, hands-on experience with LLM APIs, coding agents, automation workflows or AI-assisted engineering tools, skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Go, and good written communication. Additional experience with CI/CD tools, static analysis, code review automation, vector databases, embeddings, and model evaluation frameworks is a plus.
