Job Description

This is a remote position. The role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising. You will develop digital strategies aligned with client goals and objectives, conduct market research, collaborate with creative teams, use analytics tools to measure campaign performance, and stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a digital marketing role, with a track record of successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
• Prior experience in a marketing agency will be an added advantage.

Additional Information

Stipend Structure:

• First 12 Months: 1.5LPA + 1LPA Variable Pay
• After 12 Months (Conversion): 2.5LPA + 2LPA Variable Pay

Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Willingness to communicate with leads and prospects is a significant advantage.

Experience in SEO, Google, and Facebook Ads is compulsory.

Knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop and After Effects is a bonus.
