Rush Street Interactive (NYSE: RSI) is a market leader in online casino and sports betting, currently operating real-money gaming with our brands: BetRivers.com, PlaySugarHouse.com, and RushBet.co. We’re looking for a freelance Poker YouTube Content Producer / Editor to support Poker Night in America and Hellmuth’s Home Game. This role is YouTube-first, focused on transforming poker footage into engaging videos by conceptualizing strong ideas, developing the title and thumbnail, and executing the final edit with insights from YouTube analytics.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Review existing poker footage.
• Pitch strong video concepts.
• Create thumbnails in Photoshop.
• Edit multi-camera projects in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Utilize audience data to implement changes for improved results such as thumbnail click-through rates and audience retention.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
• Ability to create or mock up YouTube thumbnails using Photoshop and/or AI tools.
• Experience managing or contributing meaningfully to a YouTube channel.
• Proficiency with YouTube Analytics, including key performance indicators.
• Comfort using AI tools, including ChatGPT, for various support tasks.
• Active engagement and interest in modern poker YouTube content and events.
• Strong organization, communication skills, reliability, and ability to apply feedback.
