We’re looking for an experienced HMO architect with a proven track record of converting commercial buildings into high-quality HMOs. The project involves converting a commercial property in Rotherham, United Kingdom into a fully compliant HMO. You will be required to manage the process from concept through to approval, including expertise in commercial-to-HMO conversions, HMO design and space planning, planning applications if required, building regulations, HMO licensing requirements, fire strategy and compliance, and layout optimisation to maximise room numbers while remaining fully compliant. The role also involves liaising with the local authority and consultants where necessary, and producing all architectural drawings and supporting documents. Our company, Benz Group, specialises in real estate development and we are looking for a long-term collaboration.
