Job Description

We are a new social media startup focused on creating high-quality, engaging short-form content for businesses, professionals, and local brands. We are looking for a creative, reliable, and motivated videographer who wants to grow with us from the beginning. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands social media, enjoys filming content, and wants to be part of building something from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Film short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
• Capture professional-looking footage using a camera, iPhone, lighting, and audio equipment
• Help direct simple scenes, interviews, product shots, office content, lifestyle content, and behind-the-scenes clips
• Work with our team to plan content ideas and shots before filming
• Make sure footage is organized and uploaded properly for the editing team
• Be comfortable filming in medical offices, local businesses, restaurants, and professional settings
• Help create content that feels modern, clean, engaging, and authentic

Requirements

• Experience filming social media content, events, interviews, or business content
• Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video trends
• Must be reliable, on time, and professional
• Must be comfortable working with business owners, doctors, staff, and clients
• Ability to take direction but also bring creative ideas
• Own camera gear is a plus, but not required if you are skilled with iPhone/video setup
• Basic knowledge of lighting, sound, framing, and vertical video
• Editing experience is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Part-Time

Schedule: Flexible, 1–3 days per week to start

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour, competitive, based on experience

Expected Hours: 5–15 hours per week to start

Work Location: In person / on location
