Modern Filipino/Cebuano Children Song for Animation

I am looking for a composer and arranger with experience in Filipino music to modernize a well-known children’s song, Tong Tong Tong Pakitong Kitong, for use in an animation project. The song should maintain its original melody but be reimagined with bright and playful instrumentation, ideally incorporating Philippine instruments and musical effects. The final product will be a 30-second clip, and I am open to including vocals or keeping it instrumental. This music will be used as part of a proof of concept for my Master’s degree capstone project in animated children’s content.

Basically reimagining filipino children songs to something kids like to watch/listen today. The melody stay the same but how it’s arranged similarly how Pink Fong reimagined Baby Shark.
Bright and playful instrumentation (that can lean more to Philippine instruments)

How playful the song is - with matching music effects if that’s what it called But the goal is to still somehow get the cultural side or the “filipino” feel/vibe. Open to ideas but right now I envison using PH native instruments for the music effect/ possible arrangement

Who are you, and what do you do?
This is my proposed capstone for my Master’s degree and I would need a proof of concept for the vision I have in mind. I’ll be animating children’s content with the music you create.
