Job Description

This role is for a Senior Developer within the Enterprise Data and Information Services team, focusing on supporting data management projects such as Enterprise Data Management, Data mart, and other Business Intelligence related projects. The position is remote, available on a W2 basis only, and is a 6+ month contract with a potential for contract-to-hire.

Requirements

• BS or advanced degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience with Markit EDM (Cadis)
• 7+ years of database development and design experience in MS SQL Server and Oracle
• End-to-end Markit EDM implementation experience
• Strong experience with Data Porters, Data Flows, Rule Builders, Data Constructors, Data Matchers, Workflows, UI, Solutions, and Data Generators
• Strong SQL Server development skills (stored procedures, performance tuning, database design)
• Proficiency in .NET / C#
• Experience with REST APIs
• AWS experience is preferred
• Experience with Kafka or event streaming is preferred
• Background in ETL / Enterprise Data Management
• Knowledge of data modeling and design patterns
• Experience with data extraction and summarization from various data source types
• Familiarity with TFS source control, build processes, and continuous delivery
• Financial Services / Asset Management experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to design solutions beyond mere code enhancements
• Excellent communication skills

Compensation

Estimated Min Rate: $63.00

Estimated Max Rate: $100.00
