Brand Out Loud Design is a boutique podcast production and audio branding business working with founders, coaches, authors, and thought leaders to produce high-quality, long-form audio and video content. We are seeking a freelance podcast editor to join us for a per-episode role editing 45 to 60-minute episodes, covering both audio and video. You’ll be responsible for cleaning and balancing dialogue, removing filler, fixing noise issues, syncing audio to video, adding intros/outros, exporting deliverables to spec, and ensuring consistent quality through a defined workflow. We value editors who combine technical skills with emotional intelligence, who can independently make editorial decisions and understand the importance of preserving the personality and pacing of each episode. Reliability, attention to detail, and experience with conversational podcasts are essential. This role could lead to consistent weekly work if it is a good fit.
