Marketing Expert (Contract, Remote) — Flowmingo AI

We’re Flowmingo AI, a free-forever AI interviewer that helps recruiters and talent teams screen candidates faster. We sell globally, in English. The product is strong; what we’re missing is marketing. We don’t have a marketer on the team yet, so we’re hiring one.

What we need
Someone to drive awareness and growth through organic, content-led marketing aimed at recruiters and talent leaders. In priority order:

LinkedIn content (our main channel — where our buyers are)
Short-form video, repurposed across LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Reels
SEO and comparison content that ranks in search
We already run some paid ads, so this is not a paid-media role. We want organic reach.

This first project (1 month)
Set up and kick off the above: a content plan, our LinkedIn presence, and a first batch of posts/videos we can publish. If it goes well, there’s room to extend into an ongoing engagement.
