Podcast Editor -Video + Audio, Full Season
We are looking for a freelance podcast editor to handle both video and audio edits across an entire season (15 episodes) of our editorial podcast. Each episode explores a single word through culture and experience, focusing on the Caribbean diaspora and Black cultural perspectives. You will be responsible for editing both video (master) and audio for all episodes: 12 solo (30 min each) and 3 guest (45 min each). For every episode, deliverables must include a finished, color-corrected YouTube video with clean lower thirds, an audio export, and three social-ready vertical clips. The visual tone should be warm and editorial, with strong pull-quote moments, intentional pacing, and restrained editing—never hype. Please review references such as ‘We Don’t Always Agree with Ryan & Sterling’ and ‘Baby, This Is Keke Palmer’ for style. Applicants should submit 2–3 examples of previous podcast video edits, their per-episode rates for 30 and 45 minute shows, weekly availability, and turnaround time.
