Event Support Assistant Needed — This Friday 10th July, Galway [Urgent]

Production Assistant is needed in Galway, Ireland.

We’re organizing a professional networking event this Friday, 10th July 2026, in Galway at the Clayton Hotel, Ballybrit, and we need someone to assist with event support. You will help with setting up the room, organizing branding and display tables, greeting and registering attendees, taking photos and short video clips for social media, and supporting general logistics throughout the event. We’re looking for a well-presented, professional, and reliable person who is comfortable dealing with guests, able to use their initiative, and confident capturing content on a smartphone. An interest in events, marketing, or the corporate sector would be useful but isn’t essential. The Learning Reservoir is a specialist training and consultancy company active in Ireland’s manufacturing sector, and you’ll be assisting our team for a few hours on site in Galway. There will be a brief video or in-person call before confirming the role.
