Content creator & marketing support

Feline Tails is a tech-enabled cat sitting marketplace connecting trusted, independent caregivers with cat owners across New York City and the New Jersey waterfront. We’re growing fast and looking for a creative, cat-loving content creator to help us build a brand that cat parents genuinely trust — and can’t stop sharing.

What you’ll do

• Create content that lives in the cat and influencer world — reels, carousels, TikToks, and platform-native moments that feel at home alongside the best pet content out there.
• Source, vet, and coordinate with cat influencers and micro-creators for partnerships, collabs, and paid campaigns.
• Build and manage our UGC content process end to end — sourcing creators, writing briefs, reviewing submissions, and scaling the pipeline.
• Support broader marketing efforts including campaign planning, community management, and brand storytelling.

Requirements

• Deep familiarity with the creator and influencer space, especially in the cat niche.
• Proven experience creating engaging content that performs well on platforms.
• Hands-on experience with UGC — understanding of sourcing creators and managing approval workflows.
• Process-oriented mindset to build structure in a dynamic environment.
• Self-starter who is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup atmosphere.
• Passion for animals, particularly cats, with a solid understanding of pet owner sentiments.
• Bonus points if you have a resident cat, as it will be positively viewed in the interview process.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $28.05 - $32.00 per hour
