Head of Business Development and Public RelationsUrgent

We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Head of Business Development and Public Relations to lead our ecosystem expansion and market presence. This is a dual-focus role: you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue growth, while simultaneously shaping and executing the external communications and public relations strategy for Magna and its integration with Kraken. You will develop and implement business development strategies, manage a pipeline of high-value leads, lead negotiations, and build relationships with ecosystem partners. You will also oversee media relations, communication materials, and act as a primary spokesperson, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning Magna as a leader in the Web3 space. Candidates should bring 7+ years’ experience in business development and public relations within fintech, blockchain, or digital assets, with a proven ability to secure partnerships, drive sales, and manage public communications for technology or financial sector organizations.
