Job Description

Balfin Real Estate (BRE) is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee and execute marketing initiatives within the real estate market. The Marketing Manager will implement the PR and Communications strategy and will work collaboratively within a matrix structure alongside various teams, including PR, Digital, Market Research, Events, Customer Care, and Design. The role’s primary focus is on operational management of project-specific marketing activities and ensuring effective execution of approved strategies within the allocated budget.

Requirements

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 5–7 years of professional experience in marketing.

Other Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading marketing teams within a matrix organizational structure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and leverage insights to support informed decision-making.
• Solid financial acumen, with experience managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
