Job Description

The Marketing Manager will oversee and execute marketing initiatives within the real estate market, implementing the PR and Communications strategy. The role involves managing a portfolio of projects, ensuring the effective execution of marketing strategies while collaborating closely with various teams.

Requirements

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 5–7 years of professional experience in marketing.

Other Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading marketing teams in a matrix organizational structure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
• Solid financial acumen and experience managing marketing budgets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Engage in early-stage feasibility studies in collaboration with sales and development teams.
• Evaluate competition on local and international levels.
• Study project presentations by architectural studios and define project advantages.
• Prepare briefs for project naming, brand positioning, and target groups.
• Participate in the development of comprehensive marketing strategies and annual project budgets.
• Lead the design and implementation of marketing campaign strategies.
• Manage social media channels, Website, and SEO through the digital team.
• Approve all marketing materials, including digital assets and brochures.
• Regularly update project information and analyze marketing data for effectiveness.
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Follow company procedures and participate in the review of marketing department procedures.
