Job Description

Modern Makeovers Construction Inc. is seeking a creative, motivated, and reliable Content Creator / Photographer & Drone Operator to help showcase our roofing, siding, gutter, remodeling, and exterior construction projects. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about photography, videography, social media marketing, and storytelling through visual content. The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting projects from start to finish and creating engaging content that highlights the quality of our work and strengthens our brand presence.

Responsibilities

✅ Capture high-quality photos and videos of roofing, siding, gutter, remodeling, and exterior construction projects.

✅ Create compelling before-and-after project content.

✅ Record project progress, customer testimonials, crew activities, and company events.

✅ Operate drones to capture aerial photos and videos of residential and commercial projects (FAA Part 107 certification preferred).

✅ Edit photos and videos for use on social media, websites, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns.

✅ Create short-form content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.

✅ Assist with developing marketing materials and promotional content.

✅ Maintain organized photo and video libraries for company use.

✅ Travel to active job sites throughout Massachusetts and surrounding areas.

Requirements

✔ Experience in photography, videography, content creation, or digital marketing.

✔ Drone operation experience (FAA Part 107 certification preferred but not required).

✔ Experience with photo and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar programs.

✔ Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.

✔ Own reliable transportation and willingness to travel to project locations.

✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

✔ Strong attention to detail and creative vision.

✔ Experience in construction, home improvement, real estate, or related industries is a plus.
