Job Description

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will include:

• Participating in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assisting in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contributing to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of the ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
• Developing and integrating new features into existing applications, conducting code reviews, and maintaining the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participating in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assessing ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and ensuring that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Developing comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and delivering user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus.
• The ability to handle end-to-end ERP package customization and implementation.
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• A passion for design and hands-on coding experience.
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
