Job Description

Another Source is excited to partner with Sabey Corporation on the search for a Senior Video Producer. Sabey is growing its in-house video team and looking for creative professionals who are passionate about storytelling through video. From executive interviews and customer success stories to major infrastructure projects and community-focused content, this team will create the videos that help bring the Sabey story to life. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of content, collaborate with leaders across the organization, and see your work make a visible impact.

This is not a traditional corporate video position. As Senior Video Producer, you will lead Sabey’s video production efforts, helping build a consistent stream of content across digital platforms while establishing the processes, standards, and workflows that support long-term success. This is a hands-on role, overseeing content planning and production, managing a small team, and actively engaging in editing and content creation as needed.

Requirements

Experience You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Broadcast Journalism, Media Arts, or equivalent professional experience
  • Seven or more years of progressively responsible video production experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in directing, producing, shooting, and editing premium-quality video content
  • Strong portfolio/demo reel showcasing editing, shooting, and storytelling capabilities
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop
  • Experience using DaVinci Resolve and modern AI-assisted post-production tools
  • Experience managing recurring content production schedules, editorial calendars, or high-volume publishing environments
  • Experience leading creative projects, freelancers, or production teams; formal people management experience is a plus
  • FAA Part 107 certification preferred; candidates without certification should be willing to obtain it after hire
  • Strong storytelling instincts and a highly developed editorial point of view
  • Ability to balance creative excellence with operational discipline and consistent delivery
  • Exceptional project management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including script development and creative briefing
  • Comfort working directly with executives, customers, employees, and community stakeholders
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for content creation, production efficiency, translation, or workflow optimization within established brand standards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience producing content for B2B infrastructure, data centers, industrial, energy, construction, or other highly technical industries
  • Experience producing podcasts, live events, and hybrid digital broadcasts
  • Familiarity with customer experience environments, digital signage, and campus-based media experiences
  • Experience building content programs that support brand growth, community engagement, and business development objectives

Additional Information

Compensation:
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $110,589 - $165,884, with eligibility for a target discretionary bonus.

Sabey’s Investment in You:

  • Comprehensive Benefits: 100% coverage of employee-only premiums for base medical and PPO dental plans, plus up to $2,000 annually to a Health Savings Account (HSA).
  • Time to Recharge: Up to 5 weeks of PTO based on tenure, plus 10 paid holidays and the ability to carry over unused PTO.
  • Financial Wellness: Competitive, matched 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Growth & Development: Access to structured professional and personal development programs.
