Job Description

The Las Vegas Raiders are seeking freelance photographers to assist with the organization’s photography needs. This role requires all freelance photographers to operate as independent contractors, and they will enter into a separate Independent Contractor Agreement before starting. The photographers must reside in Las Vegas or within a 50-mile radius of Allegiant Stadium.

Photographers will be responsible for capturing images in the Modelo Tailgate Zone beginning in September for the first home game and continuing through each home game for the duration of the NFL season. This position focuses on the gameday Tailgate Zone experience and does not include game action photography. The role requires coordination with the Director of Photography and/or Team Photographer for shot lists provided.

Requirements

• Must be available to provide services at all Las Vegas Raiders regular season home games for the 2026-2027 NFL season.
• Deliverables may require a tight deadline.
• Must submit a professional photography portfolio for review prior to consideration.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, or Capture One is required.

Physical Aspects of Position

• Walk and/or stand for extended periods (3+ hours consecutively).
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 40lbs.
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
