Key responsibilities include managing the full end-to-end process for investor access requests, validating data imports, conducting access corrections, producing entitlement reports, monitoring workflow queues, and identifying data quality issues to support process improvements.

Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification would be ideal (Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, Commerce, etc.).
• At least 2-3 years in an operational, data, or workflow-management role, preferably in financial services, fund administration, or investor relations.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with a disciplined and detail-oriented approach to data.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
• A methodical and reliable approach to managing competing deadlines and following through on open items.
• A team-oriented mindset, capable of effective collaboration across international teams and with external stakeholders.
• Sound judgment on when to work independently versus when to involve others, alongside a proactive approach to escalating issues.
• Valued experience includes familiarity with access management, data reconciliation, audit/governance frameworks, and process improvement or automation initiatives.
