Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification (Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, Commerce, etc.) is ideal.
• At least 2-3 years in an operational, data, or workflow-management role, with a preference for experience in financial services, fund administration, or investor relations.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with a disciplined and detail-oriented approach to data.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
• A methodical and reliable approach to managing competing deadlines and following through on open items.
• A team-oriented mindset, capable of working effectively across international teams and with external stakeholders.
• Sound judgment on when to work independently versus when to involve others, with a proactive approach to raising issues before they escalate.
• Highly valued experience includes familiarity with access management, data reconciliation, audit/governance frameworks, and process improvement or automation initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage the full end-to-end process for investor access requests, ensuring accurate and timely handling from initiation to closure.
• Validate data imports, reconcile records against live platform data, and correct reference data like investor profiles and fund structures.
• Conduct access corrections and revocations while adhering to change-control protocols to maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Produce entitlement reports required for audit, compliance, and general operational reviews.
• Proactively monitor and manage workflow queues, ensuring open items progress and escalating blockers to the team lead.
• Identify data quality issues and process gaps to support improvement initiatives, such as automation and workflow enhancements.
