Job Description

We are on the lookout for a charismatic TikTok Brand Live Stream Host to represent our brand TYMO Beauty and our hot tools on TikTok live. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, have a lot of energy, and possess prior experience hosting in TikTok Shop brand live rooms. If you are passionate about live-streaming and want to be the face of our brand, this role is for you. Requirements

Qualifications:

• A genuine passion for interacting and engaging with diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication skills and a captivating on-camera presence.
• Ambition to grow as an influencer and expand your social media presence.
• Passion for beauty with an understanding of industry trends.
• Confidence and high energy on camera, able to captivate viewers.
• Flexibility to adjust to varying live stream schedules.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Bilingual abilities in Spanish and German are preferred.
• Previous sales experience with a natural ability to connect with people and drive conversions, such as in retail, e-commerce, or any sales-driven field.
• Knowledge of the latest social media trends and experience as a beauty content creator.
• Applicants must be comfortable using hot hair tools on themselves during live streams if needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Host high-energy live-streaming sessions to showcase products and interact with viewers in real-time.
• Present product features and benefits in a clear, compelling way to drive immediate action.
• Create urgency and excitement to boost engagement and increase conversions.
• Handle live customer inquiries seamlessly while keeping the session flowing.
• Manage on-the-spot changes and improvise to maintain engagement and sales momentum.
• Hold audience attention and maximize viewer retention.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: Daytime $30-$50
