Job Description

We are seeking a part-time audio editor who is familiar with sound design and music editing as well. The role will dynamically shift with each project.

Requirements

• Experience:
• 1-3 years experience working as an Audio Editor or Sound Designer.
• Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of sound design principles, music mixing techniques, and post-production workflows.
• Technical proficiency in audio engineering concepts including signal flow, equipment calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while managing multiple deadlines.
• Duties:
• Edit and assemble audio recordings using industry-standard software such as Pro Tools and Logic to produce polished final products.
• Enhance audio quality through signal processing techniques, noise reduction, equalization, and sound design to create immersive listening experiences.
• Synchronize audio with visual elements seamlessly.
• Mix music tracks and sound effects to complement visual content or narrative themes effectively.
• Conduct post-production editing for podcasts, videos, and other multimedia projects with attention to detail and consistency.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to technical standards for audio engineering and content creation.
