Job Description

We’re a modern, patient-focused private dental practice in Costa Mesa looking for a creative, reliable, and self-motivated Freelance Social Media Content Creator to help grow our social media presence. This role involves creating engaging Instagram Reels and TikToks, capturing attention, and assisting businesses in growing their audience.

Responsibilities

• Visit our office 2 times per week to capture photo and video content.
• Create, edit, and publish 4 engaging posts per week across Instagram and TikTok.
• Film behind-the-scenes content, team culture, patient success stories (with written consent), educational videos, and promotional content.
• Create Instagram Stories and short-form videos using current trends and engaging editing techniques.
• Write captions and use relevant hashtags.
• Reply to comments and basic direct messages. Forward appointment requests or clinical questions to the office team.
• Collaborate with the Office Manager to plan monthly content and marketing campaigns.
• Track engagement and suggest ideas to continue growing our audience.

Requirements

• Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Comfortable filming and directing people on camera.
• Creative, dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
• Must have a portfolio or examples of previous work.

Schedule

• Visit the office 2 times per week (approximately 1–2 hours per visit).
• Publish 4 posts per week.
• Flexible scheduling.

Compensation

• $500 per week
• Independent Contractor / Freelance position
