Conference Content Capture [Urgent]

Videographer is needed in Las Vegas, United States.

We are Impiricus, seeking an on-site photography and videography expert for our upcoming conference in Las Vegas. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality, marketing-focused imagery throughout the event, including booth branding, product and activation details, team interactions, candid networking, speaking roundtable coverage, and team and group photos with physicians and clients. Key deliverables include a professionally edited online gallery, high-resolution and web-optimized images, and marketing-ready assets for our social channels, website, sales collateral, and future event promotion. The videographer will capture cinematic footage of our booth experience and roundtable, as well as conduct 10 physician interviews and 2-3 team interviews, delivering short-form clips optimized for social media (vertical format) and two highlight reels—one horizontal for LinkedIn/website and one vertical for Instagram/TikTok. All edited videos must include licensed music, basic graphics, captions as needed, and up to three rounds of revisions.
