Job Description

Next Door Photos (NDP) is a small business focused on delivering real estate photography, video, aerials, 3D modeling, floor plans, and much more. We are built on a culture of having fun and blessing the communities we serve. We aim to deliver excellence in both our products and the overall experience for our customers and team members.

We are a growing team of professional, reliable, and talented “Media Pros” representing our brand to customers and achieving high-quality results in the media we capture. This position offers flexible hours and opportunities to enhance your photography and media experience, with the potential for increased earnings through product certification and availability. Media Pros can capture up to 6 properties a day, with each taking between 40-90 minutes. Positions are part-time independent contractor roles, compensated on a per-service basis (photos, video, floor plans, aerials, etc.), with additional compensation for extended travel. Media Pros are responsible for capturing and uploading media, while NDP handles the rest.

Requirements

We are looking for experienced photographers, videographers, and certified part 107 drone pilots. While real estate photography experience is not required, Media Pros will receive full training on NDP’s products.

• Must be able to professionally interact with clients and homeowners.
• Consistent punctuality for scheduled shoots in various locations is necessary.
• Dressing professionally while on the job is required.
• Ability to upload media by 9PM on the day of the shoot.
• A flexible schedule is essential.
• Maintain an up-to-date Google calendar with availability.
• Be prepared to drive 30-40% of the workday.
• Follow NDP’s shoot flow and standards to consistently provide high-quality products.
• Effective communication with clients throughout the shoot is necessary.
• Regular communication with Local Owner and clients via email, text message, and phone is required.
• Willingness to study and test for Part 107 certification to fly a drone commercially is expected.
• Open to receiving regular feedback and training concerning NDP standards of quality and professionalism.

Equipment List

The Media Pro position requires the following equipment to complete photography shoots. All other equipment necessary for NDP’s product offerings will be supplied by the local owner:

• Digital SLR (or mirrorless) camera and a Wide-Angle Lens, such as:
• APS-C (cropped) sensor camera with a 10-24mm Lens OR
• Full Frame sensor camera with a 16-35mm Lens.
• Drone (preferred, can be acquired while employed if needed).
• Tripod and ball head attachment.
• Reliable transportation.
• High-Speed Internet.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay ranges from $25.00 to $40.00 per hour, with the following benefits:
