I am looking for a video editor for a personal project based in Melbourne, Australia. The expert must be able to work on-site and travel is not required. Specific skills or project details have not been provided, but I am seeking someone who can assist with my video editing needs.
My goal is to create both long-form podcast episodes and short-form clips that are highly engaging, visually appealing, and able to hold viewers’ attention from start to finish. I’m looking for someone who can improve pacing, remove unnecessary sections, add relevant visuals, captions, motion graphics, zooms, sound effects, and other editing elements that increase retention and make the content more enjoyable to watch. I’m also looking for an editor who understands Gen Z editing styles and humor, and can incorporate modern trends and my personal sense of humour where appropriate while maintaining the overall quality and professionalism of the content.
